Investigating the Wisconsin Veterans Affairs hospital where vets were allegedly prescribed drugs "like candy"-- and where there have been allegations of illegal drug dealing-- has been made difficult by federal agencies that are stonewalling Congress. That's according to a Congressional report out today. It also says that despite the fact that Congress has oversight over the matters at issue, the feds have indicated they will not comply with a Congressional subpoena. The interim report was issued by the Republican majority staff on the Senate committee investigating.
