I am a “homeless homeowner” who would most appreciate your investigating a situation resulting in the unconstitutional taking of my fully-paid-for home of nearly 35 years. (I have no criminal record so, again, there was no legal justification for this action.)

There are a lot of “moving parts” to this story ranging from an effort on the part of my state senator and state representative to obtain an Opinion from Tennessee’s attorney general (and Opinion the attorney general is required to publish, by statute, but one he refuses to provide) to the AARP’s refusal to take a stand on this issue citing a lack of resources (Oddly enough, the AARP has no lack of resources as it advocates for the LGBTQI community, despite the fact that its advocacy in that regard is a duplication of efforts in the the LGBTQI community advocates independently of AARP (i.e., the AARP’s involvement represents both duplication and overlap).

This is a real soap opera that, should you choose to unravel it, will, due to its uniqueness will doubtless put Full Measure in the running for Murrow, Emmy and Peabody awards.

    1. This is not a “reply” as such but an addition to what has already been written about the violation of my right to due process and a change in law that resulted but was too late to benefit me.:

Ideally, Full Measure would investigate the conflict-of-interest involving “my” counsel Jonathan Wardle and his failure to disclose when accepting a position with the Tennessee

I have deleted links in support of legal overreach as that is apparently preventing me from posting anything.

  2. What channel and what time for HOUSTON, TEXAS? You list a dozen Texas cities, many smaller than Houston… why not show Houston? Surely her show will air in Texas’ largest city. I have been anticipating FULL MEASURE since I first heard of it. I think Sharyl Attkisson is the smartest lady in television news.
