I’m looking forward to moderating a presidential election year debate between two political strategists: Democrat Jim Messina and Republican Karl Rove.
The event will take place Feb. 3, 2016 in Sarasota, Florida as part of the Ringling Town Hall Lecture Series.
“Messina was the Democratic strategist behind President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign. Rove was senior adviser to President George W. Bush from 2000-2007 and was the architect of his 2000 and 2004 campaigns,” reports the Sarasota Herald Tribune.
Also speaking as part of the series are former CIA Director Gen. David Petraeus and former prime minister of Israel Shimon Peres.
