The following is the full sworn Affidavit and curriculum vitae for Dr. Andrew Zimmerman, the world-renowned pro-vaccine pediatric neurologist specializing in autism. He says as an expert witness for the government defending vaccines in vaccine court in 2007, he told the government that vaccines can cause autism in "exceptional" cases, but says the government hid the information and misrepresented his opinion.

I have 2 kids with autism. I thought about going to the VAERS court after they were diagnosed, but because of the dismissal of the large group of VAERS cases I did not believe that my case would prevail. I do have an acquaintance that did get a settlement (only 30k) and I do not believe her case was as strong as mine. I am wondering if families may now have recourse to bring their cases to the court since this revelation appears to change the premise that was preventing cases from a fair decision.

I just wanted to point out that someone might have forgot to scan several of the pages pertaining to Dr. Zimmerman's peer-reviewed studies that he was a part of.
Most importantly though, I wanted to thank you for being the voice for the people with regards to vaccine safety issues. You are truly a hero. Your reporting is top notch and you are helping others to see the light.
You should be given a Nobel Prize for your work!

Did he start reading the vaccine package inserts, where—for years—autism had been listed as adverse reactions?
Where? I'm curious where you've seen this. I just read the entire MMR insert and the DTaP insert [Attenuvax and Infanrix, respectively]. Neither of which list autism at all, for anything.
Autism and SIDS were included in older vpis. They have been edited.
Billions have been paid out in the Vaccine injury Compensation Program through the government however where there is no real liability for the manufacturers there is no admission of guilt no matter how much proof we present. And when you call it autism instead of vaccine induced brain encephalopathy your claim will be denied in order to keep a cap on claims. Its all about the legal language that protects them from liability which comes with no admission of guilt!
Can someone please check the curriculum vitae for Dr Zimmerman. No information is there. Thank you for this critically important report.
