“How The News Makes Us Dumb”, C. John Sommerville, 1999 – a wonderful expose of “the news” and a worthy companion to “The Smear” (also excellent!), preceding it by one full generation.
Sharyl, I have always thought of Stories, How well can you tell a story, and the better you can tell it, the more it gets repeated. Whether its true or false.
I am enjoying your podcasts – please continue. I would, however, appreciate a date on each one to give me more context.
