A majority of respondents say they don't consider state and Congressional elections a referendum on President Trump's popularity.
That's according to the latest unscientific poll at SharylAttkisson.com.
Fifty-seven percent (57%) of those who answered the survey said they do not see the two as being connected.
Almost one in three, though, stated that they do think these elections are a referendum on Trump.
