We don’t yet have the FBI’s response, but we now know that on December 5, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court ordered a review of wiretap applications touched by an FBI attorney.
The attorney got caught by the Department of Justice Inspector General allegedly doctoring information provided to the court for the surveillance of former Trump campaign volunteer Carter Page.
The FBI deadline was December 20 (yesterday).

You write in this piece that the attorney, “allegedly” doctored info submitted to the FISC when in fact the IG stated the email doc was doctored. Why use the term allegedly when it is a fact?

He has to be convicted in a court before reporters can say he’s did commit the crime. The truth, the fact give’s a reason to bring him to a trial. A jury could disagree and then she’d get sued for slander.
