Dominion Voting Systems committed to attending an oversight hearing in Pennsylvania but backed out at the last moment, lawmakers in the Keystone State said Friday.
“The members of the state government committee were looking forward to publicly addressing the plethora of accusations of Dominion Voting Systems in a format which would have allowed open and honest dialogue. I was impressed at what appeared to be the willingness of Dominion Voting Systems to address accusations, and it would have put the 1.3 million Pennsylvanians who used their machines at ease, including myself,” state Rep. Seth Grove, a Republican who chairs the Government Oversight Committee, said during a press conference.
“Unfortunately, last evening, Dominion Voting Systems lawyered up and backed out of their commitment.”
Fourteen counties in Pennsylvania use Dominion’s voting systems. Approximately 1.3 million people, or 19 percent of voters, voted in those counties. (Continued…)

The Trump legal team claim overwhelming evidence that the Dominion Voting System can be manipulated and, in fact was in several instances. This claim needs to be presented to a court of law in order to restore faith in our electoral system. The people need to know for sure.

Total proof that dominion interfered with the election and should cause the election to be nullified. A new election that is in person with ID should be done.
The evidence against the Dominion system is overwhelming . No new election needed. The court will allow the State Legislatures to elect just as the constitution provides for . Currently 30 to 20 republicans favored
Yes, the state legislature is the final decider of the electors are. However, some courts have such disrespect for the plain wording in the Constitution that they might try to block.
Also, can state legislatures call themselves into session? What if a Democrat governor in a disputed swing state with a Republican legislature refuses to call it into session to select electors?
Another question – can a state that clearly voted Trump but with a Democrat legislature overrule the voters and send electors for Biden? That would be political suicide for the Democrat legislature – unless they use Dominion software.

It certainly doesn’t look good to me that Dominion was a “no-show” at the hearing in Pennsylvania. It just causes more distrust, as far as I’m concerned. Their website assurances are not assuring, considering how they pulled out of the hearing.
How many of you that voted just voted .3673 of a vote? Last I checked a vote was binary 1 or 0, yes or no.
But somehow Dominion counts votes like 363.3924 and -39.2912
Does anyone with a rational brain not see that the vote was comprised everywhere you see a fractional vote total that is supposedly the # of votes counted for some candidate.
