Election suspicion is a result of simmering distrust in our institutions

The following is an excerpt of my latest news analysis in The Hill.

Amid the dueling claims and information chaos in the wake of Election Day 2020, we’re seeing the consequence of the loss of faith in our basic institutions by at least half of the American public. These Americans have seen stark, specific examples in recent years of how justice is not equally applied.

They have watched as some federal agents and officials of the intelligence community, who should be helping to protect us and to uphold the laws, instead have embarked upon propaganda campaigns and operations that involved committing shocking violations and potential crimes, such as conducting illegal spying, filing improper wiretap applications, unmasking the protected names of innocent U.S. citizens, engaging in illegal leaks of confidential or classified information, and destroying evidence and documents. These lapses didn’t just happen during the 2016 presidential election; there is evidence they have been going on for years, unmitigated.

These Americans have watched, too, as those within our institutions, who are in a position to hold the guilty parties accountable, have failed to do so even as the evidence poured in and as the weeks, months and years have dragged on. (Continued…)

  1. You should compare “Trump” and “Biden” in Google Trends for the past 12 months. It’s unbelievable that Biden went from hardly ever being a search term, to over 10 million searches after the officially won. You can call an election by Google Trends, they knew Trump was going to win those states long before election day.

  2. If Biden won then several things happened for the first time:
The time honored “are you better off than 4 years ago” was wrong. Incumbents are elected with less than 50% but to lose at 56% is unprecedented.
For an incumbent to substantially add to his first election tally (+13%) and yet lose is unprecedented
For an incumbent to lose without his party losing a single congressional seat is probably unprecedented

Students of elections will probably find many more of these miracles.

    1. Ed Eichman, consider my thoughts,
re what’s afoot across the land :

Extrapolate from the implications of meanings in these voting related issues :

      1. Electronic vote machines.

      2. Electronic ballot-counting machines.

      3. Transceiver-imbedded electronics in both of the above.

      4. A Harvard U.-initiated investigation – by hackers! – finding machines could be R E M O T E L Y
      C O N T R O L L E D (( the results were briefly reported, then buried, and never discussed by any
      news agency )).

      5. Borderless, totalitarian-run, Globalism as Deep State’s ultimate goal.

      Now, E X T R A P O L A T E, as Aristotle had done, to become known –
      by his unique genius-ability to T H I N K soundly/logically – as the
      F A T H E R of Western Civilization.

      P.S.

      Speaking of A R I S T O T L E, consider his E X T R A P O L A T I O N on the ultimate results of growing F E M I N I S M :

      “Masculine republics give way
      to feminine democracies, and
      feminine democracies give way
      to tyranny.”

      Here are some from many
      quotes on F E M I N I S M
      this scribbler has collected
      over the decades, in my
      studies of Jungian, Freudian
      and Nero-Linguistic psychologies :
”

Feminism, Socialism, and Communism are one in the same, and Socialist/Communist government is the goal of feminism.” – Catharine A. MacKinnon, Toward a Feminist Theory of the State (First Harvard University Press, 1989), p.10 // “A world where men and women would be equal is easy to visualize, for that precisely is what the Soviet Revolution promised.” – Simone de Beauvoir, The Second Sex (New York, Random House, 1952), p.806 // “The Women’s Caucus [endorses] Marxist-Leninist thought.” — Robin Morgan, Sisterhood is Powerful, p. 597 // “Anyone who knows anything of history knows that great social changes are impossible without feminine upheaval. Social progress can be measured exactly by the social position of the fair sex, the ugly ones included.” — Karl Marx // “Dialectical thought is related to vulgar thinking in the same way that a motion picture is related to a still photograph. The motion picture does not outlaw the still photograph but combines a series of them according to the laws of motion.” — Leon Trotsky // “I am most anxious to enlist everyone who can speak or write to join in checking this mad, wicked folly of ‘Women’s Rights’, with all its attendant horrors, on which her poor feeble sex is bent, forgetting every sense of womanly feelings and propriety. Feminists ought to get a good whipping. Were woman to ‘unsex’ themselves by claiming equality with men, they would become the most hateful, heathen and disgusting of beings, and would surely perish without male protection.” — Queen Victoria, 1870.

      P.P.S.

      Sharyl and Ed :

      Focus on the V I O L E N C E-related
      speech coming from leftist women,
      and leftist “men” who E M O T E like
      hysterical women (( the hear-me-roar
      feminists )).
