The following information is excerpted from a lawsuit filed in Detroit, Michigan.
Defendants systematically processed and counted ballots from voters whose name failed to appear in either the Qualified Voter File (QVF) or in the supplemental sheets. When a voter’s name could not be found, the election worker assigned the ballot to a random name already in the QVF to a person who had not voted. Defendants instructed election workers to not verify signatures on absentee ballots, to backdate absentee ballots, and to process such ballots regardless of their validity. After election officials announced the last absentee ballots had been received, another batch of unsecured and unsealed ballots, without envelopes, arrived in trays at the TCF Center. There were tens of thousands of these absentee ballots, and apparently every ballot was counted and attributed only to Democratic candidates. Defendants instructed election workers to process ballots that appeared after the election deadline and to falsely report that those ballots had been received prior to November 3, 2020 deadline.
Defendants systematically used false information to process ballots, such as using incorrect or false birthdays. Many times, the election workers inserted new names into the QVF after the election and recorded these new voters as having a birthdate of 1/1/1900.
On a daily basis leading up to the election, City of Detroit election workers and employees coached voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party. These workers and employees encouraged voters to do a straight Democrat ballot. These election workers and employees went over to the voting booths with voters in order to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote.
Unsecured ballots arrived at the TCF Center loading garage, not in sealed ballot boxes, without any chain of custody, and without envelopes.
Defendant election officials and workers refused to record challenges to their processes and removed challengers from the site if they politely voiced a challenge. After poll challengers started discovering the fraud taking place at the TCF Center, Defendant election officials and workers locked credentialed challengers out of the counting room so they could not observe the process, during which time tens of thousands of ballots were processed.
Defendant election officials and workers allowed ballots to be duplicated by hand without allowing poll challengers to check if the duplication was accurate. In fact, election officials and workers repeatedly obstructed poll challengers from observing. Defendants permitted thousands of ballots to be filled out by hand and duplicated on site without oversight from poll challengers.

A ballot scanner can scan up to 800 ballots per mintue. When Shay. When RUBY FREEMAN and SHAYE MOSS illegally scanned the same ballots for Joe BIDEN during the few hours they illegally counted ballots with NO observers, then they easily got the winning votes. Duh. This country is pathetic. WEAK. YOu can’t prosper with fraud. You will always be cursed until you come clean soon.
I am wondering what the purpose of this article is. Why not just link to the lawsuit and provide some commentary on its merits instead of publishing all of these currently unfounded accusations in such an uncritical manner? None of these claims have been proven in a court of law. But you wouldn’t know that from reading this article. Normally I would expect to see some response from the Michigan election officials to provide some balance. Instead we get only one side.
This is only one step removed from propaganda. Not very nonpartisan, now, is it?
Please allow me to provide some real facts:
a) Not a single state election official (Republicans and Democrats) has said anything about voter fraud (except to say that it didn’t occur)
b) The Trump-appointed head of the agency charged with election security says that this was “the most secure election in U.S. history”
c) Trump has not prevailed in a single one of his election fraud lawsuits (the one case that he won dealt with the timeframe for accepting ballots in Pennsylvania, not fraud in the election process itself)
d) As they did in Arizona, Trump’s lawyers in Pennsylvania have significantly narrowed their claims of the number of possibly fraudulent votes. In both cases, the number of contested ballots is now well below Biden’s margin of victory.
e) The lawsuit in Michigan (which I assume was the subject of this article) was dismissed with this comment from the judge: “Plaintiffs’ interpretation of events is incorrect and not credible”.
f) Trump actually did better in Detroit and Philadelphia than he did in 2016. His losses were due to significant losses in the suburbs.
g) For this conspiracy theory to have any chance of success requires that at least three states be involved. For Biden can lose any two states and still win the election. What are the odds that such a vast conspiracy could have been executed without any hard evidence being left behind?
Yet despite these facts, and the complete lack of anything more than anecdotal “evidence” from the other side, comments to this posting express iron-clad certainty that the election was stolen. I wonder why that would be. Don’t the above facts matter? And I truly wonder if there was anything that would satisfy those who believe that the election was stolen.
I admit that my facts don’t prove anything. Because it is an attempt to prove a negative which is a practical impossibility. I just ask that everyone take a good, hard look at the evidence before deciding to tear down the bedrock of our democracy and cast aspersions on the poll workers who would have had to have been complicit in this supposed theft. How would you like it if you were accused of such malfeasance without any evidence?
Only the other side can claim this was a legitimate election. According to the evidence presented it’s clear fraud was rampant. But my question is: can all this evidence be quantified and presented in court? Can the switching of votes through software manipulation be proven? Can any of this be translated into the number of votes that were reversed? My understanding is that that manipulation is near impossible to prove … Can anyone please raise my spirits …? All this is terrible, but if we lose the senate … all will be lost …
Were I to move, I would be concerned that I could have the appearance of a felony (voting multiple times in a Presidential election) if someone’s vote were randomly assigned to my name in my old jurisdiction while I cast a legal ballot in my new jurisdiction.
So long as the Democrats didn’t care and Republicans were under consent decree not to look, it wasn’t very likely to happen but the consent decree expired under Trump. It’s predictable that the GOP is going to start looking and get innocent people in trouble because they didn’t clean their voter rolls.

When you control access to all of the potential incriminating evidence, or destroy the incriminating evidence, then it is virtually impossible for the VICTIMS (all of US) to prove the fraud. When the mathematics and statistical anomalies are so egregious that they absolutely defy logic and are bordering on impossible, the reality must be investigated. We are not a Banana Republic, we are not a 3rd World entity, and the sanctity of our free and fair elections are being undermined. If there is no fraud, then why block access, expel poll watchers, and hide the machinations of unelected partisans. Sunshine is the best disinfectant, and we need complete transparency. For those that continuously say “There is no evidence of Fraud”, you are blinded by your own bias. If there is nothing wrong, then you have nothing to worry about

Thank you so much for convering this important suit in my home state. I know one of the people who submitted an affidavit; he has tremendous integrity and courage.
Just finished watching your conversation with readers/fans over on twitter (I read you there but don’t have an account myself). The way you handle trolls and naysayers is incredibly mature and I’ve learned a lot from it, it’s great that the guy who had harrassed you eventually came round. Maybe it’s your martial arts training that helps you stay so cool.
I’m actually writing with something kind of silly and fun. I finally became a fan of astrology after poo-pooing it for most of my life, and one astrologer I admire is Joni Patry. She looks like a former Dallas Cowboy cheerleader, and few would guess that she’s actually a world renowned Vedic astrologer. She was one of the few pros who accurately predicted the outcome of the 2016 election.
Last year she said it was impossible to predict this year’s election outcome; that it would be very messy, confusing and unclear. In her video made just before election day, she said that the person who first appeared to be the president… well, it looks like they might not be, and that Nov 20 seems to be very important in the outcome. She urges all astrologers to be non-partisan, but people see what they want to see in her; I bet you’re used to that treatment.
