The FBI and Brooklyn's U.S. Attorneys' office are reportedly investigating New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's management of nursing home and long-term care facilities during the COVID crisis. This according to a report in Just the News (relying on a TimesUnion report).

A spokesman for the Brooklyn U.S. Attorney's office would not confirm or deny launching an investigation, says Just the News.
Cuomo spokesperson Richard Azzopardi did not say whether anyone from the governor's administration has been interviewed or subpoenaed in connection with an investigation. But, according to the report in Just the News, he did state that they have been cooperating with the Department of Justice, who has "been looking into this for months".
