We the people need help with our public lands the roads in our national forest have become so bad from our horrid Governor Polis using monies for his own gain that people can no longer access public lands. Laplata county is in the southwest part of the state of Colorado we access these roads to go Elk hunting in the spring we go to Turkey hunting these roads are so destroyed we cannot even go into these areas which are not walkable cause getting away where the animals are miles in because our population grow has exploded to where billionaires have now bought land closing off public access to federal lands because somehow these rich bastards have been allowed to buy the national forest. We need someone who gives a shit that our public land should not be for sale closing off miles of billionaires private land.
Hello my name is Jake Polendo. I live in Corpus Christi, Tx. I am need of help from you as my civil rights have been completely tarnished by the unlawful deep state Municipal Courts as they are proceeding and filing charges without proper jurisdiction. I have filed a lawsuit against them in a separate district court declining a magistrate judge against them and invoking an article III judge and this district court proceeded with a magistrate ignoring my invocation and transferring my case back to the district court where there is a conflict of interest between these municipal courts and the district courts as they are closely connected by day to day operation. As I have been unlawfully arrested and imprisoned, these courts have made many procedural mistakes and are taking advantage of the fact that I have no power and I am only one individual. When “We The People” should have the true authority. While I was imprisoned I was forced against my will to take a shot inside the facility when I politely declined the shot. While I was under threat and duress these officers threatened me by stating that “I will not leave this place until I took the shot”. When I politely declined the shot I was ordered to a strip search and put in a Psychiatric Holding cell naked on a freezing concrete floor. After several hours of this torture I finally submitted to the shot against my will. These municipal courts are maliciously prosecuting your Americans without probable cause. They have no jurisdiction as per Ronald Reagans Executive orders. My constitutional rights have been severely violated and there is no one else I have to turn to. I have contacted all proper authorities and cannot get anyone on the phone. I have contacted the FBI here in Corpus Christi they took my statement and have been ignored ever since. I have all the evidence I need but it seems as the justice system has been taken over by the Deep State. The judges are all in conflict with each other and I feel as there is no more justice in our courts in America. Our common law rights have been decapitated. I am here today to ask you to help one of your fellow patriots as I have supported you and spread your great words through my social media. As I have exhausted every avenue to try to get justice…you are my last hope for this dying nation. The courts have used my complaints against me to further their agendas. I have properly served a municipal judge and immediately after service and before I can file the summons the case was transferred in order to re-set the service as they did not allow me any chance to respond to the transfer. This is just a brief statement of what is going on. Please…I beg of your help in my situation as I am being taken advantage of by these lawless courts. I have no other place to turn and I cannot afford an attorney to protect my rights as accepting a court appointed attorney would still be a conflict of interest as they are employed by the very deep state I am fighting.

I am REALLY upset that a Pope, whether he is an American citizen otherwise, feels that he should tell the President of my country that we need to allow all these immigrants into our country. The USA has probably the most GENEROUS policy of legal immigration of any other nation on the planet! I DON’T want just ANYONE to come into this country WITHOUT BEING VETTED!!!!! When my grandmother emigrated from Italy to escape Mussolini, she was proud to become an American citizen!
