Wisconsin to investigate 2020 election

BY STAFF

The Wisconsin Assembly has voted to launch an investigation into the 2020 presidential election.

The vote for an investigation in the swing state’s election ran along party lines, with all 58 Republicans supporting the investigation and all 35 Democrats voting against it.

The resolution will allow a committee to issue subpoenas to compel testimony and gather documents.

President Biden defeated former President Trump by fewer than 21,000 votes in Wisconsin.

  1. All well and good….if there is evidence of fraud will this impact the final result? Seems to me it’s too little too late…or, as we say in the ‘hood, a day late and a dollar short.

    1. Never to late. People who cheated need to be punished.
Don’t forget the world is being punished for electing a guy with late term dementia

    2. It’s never to late, especially when Trump has had the correct number of votes since the the night of the election. He has it all. But right now this isn’t about a stolen election.
      Trump 103 mil.
      Biden 33 mil

    3. Confirming the truth is NEVER late. In fact, it becomes the basis for any serious and non-violent public recognition that we cannot trust our ruling masters and their arms of control including the DoJ, FBI so we can establish a solid base for moving forward in recovering our freedoms and citizen rights .

So even this is voted upon along partisan lines? I would hope that all politicians would want to ensure the integrity of elections, since fraud and corruption do not afflict only one party and its followers.

          1. Democrats do care about voting integrity, but in the opposite sense; they want to minimize it. They want elections to be as loose and unverifiable as possible, because then their cheating cannot be proven.

    1. Yeah, fraud and corruption affect all parties, but they affect the Democrats favorably and Republicans unfavorably.

  3. The dems didn’t just cheat in the general, they cheated in the primary as well. Those of us who donated to Bernie didn’t get absentee ballots in the mail and his biggest support base in Milwaukee closed 175 of 180 precincts without warning.

Election night the late drop of ballots was almost more than the number of Milwaukee’s registered voters- and the city had its lowest turn out in 20 years.

  4. Investigations are where possible criminal allegations or activities go to be removed from public memory, or so it seems nowadays. E.g., Hunter’s laptop investigation, supposedly ongoing by the FBI for over a year, now, and Durham’s almost yearlong investigation into the origins of the Russian collusion hoax, the latter being the basis for the Mueller investigation — the one exception to the rule.

  5. It’s not too late. When something is wrong, make it right and if that means doing away with the fake president, do it and put the rightful winner in place. period.

  6. Many disasters are happening to our country in real time! … but this was not the Landscaping Committee for a local Subdivision! This was a Presidential Election in the US!!! The vote was important & we the people can see now how disastrous it turns out when you lie!

  7. If fraud is demonstrated in this review, maybe then people will finally see the need for voter ID and NO ballot harvesting. Heaven help the USA if. HR 1 succeeds.
