ALL STATES NEED TO TACK THIS STAND .. WHEN THE DNC HAS NO WHERE TO PUT THEM BUT IN THERE HOMES . THIS WILL STOP . DO IT LEGAL OR NOT AT ALL. THAT IS WHATOUR LAWS FOR . BUT THE DNC DONT KNOW WHAT A LWA IS .SINCE NONE SEAM TO APLY TO THEM
I thought the Supreme Court ruled that the Feds cannot pass laws in which the States have to fund the operation.
This goes back to the 1990s and the Feds prohibiting firearms on or within 1000 feet of school property. Local law enforcement were to bear the costs of enforcing the law.
Just because Reynolds did something stupid in 2019, doesn’t mean it continues through infinity & beyond.
Besides, didn’t Biden just say that no Amendment is guaranteed forever, or something to that effect. Stupid is not guaranteed for ever.
Presidents Clinton and O’Bama, along with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (at the time), promised to secure our border with Mexico. I guess that was nothing more than “hot air.”
I don’t see any reason why Red States should accept the “flip=flop” mendacity of our current Democratic leadership. If the Dems want open borders, Blue States should open their arms, accept them, and sustain them… absent federal subsidies that were collected in the form of federal taxes from Red State residents. If the Democratic leadership and Blue States elect to openly violate our immigration laws, then they alone should pay the price for their actions.
I’d also add that Blue States—like Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York, Minnesota, Oregon, and Washington, which are far removed from the exodus of illegal immigrant crossings at our Mexican border— should bear their responsibility for providing homes for these immigrants in inverse proportion to the number of Hispanics who currently reside in their states. If these Bue Staters feel it’s OK for a city like Brownsville, Texas, to be swamped with illegal immigrants, I’d recommend that we start airlifting them directly to say Burlington, Vermont, so they can begin to better balance their population.
