New warnings have been added to the Johnson and Johnson-Janssen Covid-19 vaccine in light of reports about a potentially fatal blood disorder.
Although there were only six reports, scientists have established that each report of a serious adverse event represents an exponentially higher number of actual occurrences.
According to CDC, the vaccine label "now includes a warning that rare clotting events might occur after vaccination, primarily among women aged 18–49 years."
