(READ) Trump on supply chain crisis; and the ‘real insurrection’

So funny to watch the Biden Administration try to blame “Trump” for the fact that there are thousands of ships that can’t be unloaded, in any other time but now a very simple task. No, just like the Border, just like the Afghanistan withdrawal, just like Inflation, and just like many other things that have gone so wrong for our Country, it’s the Biden Administration that’s at fault. They are only really good at two things, rigging elections and misinformation!

The insurrection took place on November 3, Election Day. January 6 was the Protest!

  1. “It’s a DIRTY BIRD that SHITS in it’s own NEST”… All backers of this administration qualify for this title!!!!

  2. Trump would have more credibility if he were precise. There are dozens of ships, not thousands waiting for port entry, carrying thousands of containers. He claims that resolving this bottleneck would be easy but does not tells us what should be done.

A recent evaluation of port efficiency finds the US ports at and near the bottom of all the more than 150 ports in the world. Ours are the most inefficient. An investigation into work rules negotiated between the port operators and organized labor might disclose some provisions that have rendered our ports so inefficient.

Also, a few years ago the federal government restricted long-haul truckers to driving 11 hours a day, rather than the 15 that they averaged prior to the regulation. That resulted in a more than 25% decline in operations, which meant that truckers had to spend five days what they formally achieved in less than 4. This regulation should be suspended during the supply-chain crisis, and then reviewed for whether truck driving should be de-regulated. Truckers have left the business because the restriction has reduced their incomes.

  3. Trump would know how to take care of all of our problems by getting the most experienced people together in one room to find a solution.

  4. …..and then there are some that just can’t wait to disparage anyone they don’t agree with, even if they are correct, because they just don’t like them.
    Yawn.

  5. I for one welcome all comments. I missed the 1000 ship comment but then again it’s Trump who overstates all the time and I totally get it and it doesn’t bother me. What bothers me is COLA jumping 5.9% next year.

Give me energy independence and I’ll gladly suffer Trump lashing out at someone in the early morning… Much better than planes full of illegal aliens.
