The federal government has acknowledged it is “taking no steps to implement or enforce” President Biden’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate on private employers.
That after an appeals court blocked the standard issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). OSHA is the federal agency responsible for enforcing the workplace mandate.
While OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation.

The halt of the mandate is temporary, pending further court decisions.
OSHA issued a statement on its website confirming that it is not taking action on the unprecedented vaccine mandate, for now.

On November 12, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay OSHA’s COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard, published on November 5, 2021 (86 Fed. Reg. 61402) (“ETS”). Speaking of vaccines, South Korea has one of the highest vaccination rates in the world – 77% – and has been rightly credited with one of the best Covid-19 responses in the world – their death rate per case is less than one-half that of the US. But even South Korea is experiencing problems. They are in the throes of a four month “spike” in cases, averaging about 2,000 a day, and reaching 3,000 a day on a couple of occasions. For most of 2020, when no one was vaccinated, cases averaged less than 150 a day, spiking only in late December. Deaths – while still low in raw numbers (10-20 a day, most days – are accelerating and trending upwards towards last winter’s peak..
With 77% vaccinated, and presumably another 5-15% with natural immunity, South Korea should have reached herd immunity if we apply traditional standards for reaching that goal. But it hasn’t, nor have most (any?) of the other countries with high vaccination rates (Singapore, Germany, Denmark, The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, etc.).
While the blame for the ongoing pandemic is laid at the feet of the unvaccinated, it seems that something else is going on – or, rather, NOT going on: herd immunity. Is something in the vaccines, or some effect of the vaccines, delaying it?
The covid19 shots create mutations via not actually preventing infection or transmission. The artificial immunity has shown to last 3-4 months at best. Boosters are the new answer. A booster ofca shot designed for alpha strain for delta or omega strain is simply lip service. These shots are killing and damaging more people than helping. They need to stop and our health care focus needs a change. We need to focus on early home treatment with HCQ and/or Ivermectin, Z-Pack, Zinc, Vit D, CTherefore, the varients emerge to keep people safe and quickly recover. Stop this EUA craziness immediately!
