Forty-six (46) Republican Senators and 139 Republicans in the House of Representatives have filed a “friend of the court” amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in the upcoming case challenging the Biden administration’s vaccine mandates for private companies.
The Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments Friday on two federal policies: a vaccine-or-test mandate for workers at large employers (with more than 100 employees), and a vaccine mandate for health care workers at facilities that receive federal funding.
The brief supports the lawsuit filed by 26 industry associations challenging the mandates. It urges the Court to find the mandates unconstitutional.
The members state the following in the brief:
“Congressional members have an interest in the powers they delegate to agencies not being abused—the legislative authority vested in the federal government belongs to Congress, not the Executive branch. In this case, the promulgation by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration of a sweeping, nationwide vaccine mandate on businesses intrudes into an area of legislative concern far beyond the authority of the agency. And it does so with a mandate enacted through OSHA’s seldom-used ‘emergency temporary standard’ provision that allows for bypass of notice and comment rule-making under certain circumstances.”

Mandates must be stopped and healthcare professionals have to be given back what they once had, the ability to make treatment decisions based on the patient before them, not on “one size fits all” as we have with the vax. We always hear from doctors, “well, the guidelines say…” What happened to being “guidance” and not dictatorial treatment protocols? And why should a 90 pound 12-year old girl (particularly one with a history of pre-pubescent hormonal issues) get the same dose as a 300 pound adult male? There is no room for healthcare professionals to make decisions on their own about dosage or efficacy when a slew of antibodies are present in a person. Just saying.
At this point I wonder why every single senator and house member did not sign on to this brief. Also at this point in time every health care professional who is not putting a stop to the administration of these covid shots and prescribing early treatment drugs is now moved into the column of ‘culpable’ and ‘guilty’ of crimes against humanity. There is enough data now available.
Only 4 or 5 of the house Republicans care more about US then keeping their seat and even fewer in the Senate. God Help US
The doctors are told to follow the corrupt CDC treatment guidelines (so Fauci can get his take on Remdisiver) otherwise they lose their licenses or fired by the Health Group they work for since medicare/medicaid reimbursements are based on following the corrupt protocol! As Dr. Malone has said… thousands of people died that didn’t have to!
