Here is the key question: If widespread mail-in balloting is unconstitutional in Pennsylvania now, how could mail-in balloting have been constitutional in the RIGGED 2020 Presidential Election then? Too little, too late. And PA wasn’t the only state to change the rules right before the election, unconstitutionally so since its in the purview of the state legislators, according to the Constitution, NOT Secretaries of State or any other election official. The legislatures, most R controlled, sat on their hands and allowed them to get away with it, so they bear responsibility, as well.
