(READ) Trump on vice presidential ‘right to change the results of the election’

Donald Trump is one of the most important political figures of the day and, arguably, the most important Republican in national politics. But many in the media have taken the historic step of censoring him. For that reason, one of our goals is to publish information about Trump that is otherwise difficult-to-find.

– January 30, 2022 –
Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America
If the Vice President (Mike Pence) had “absolutely no right” to change the Presidential Election results in the Senate, despite fraud and many other irregularities, how come the Democrats and RINO Republicans, like Wacky Susan Collins, are desperately trying to pass legislation that will not allow the Vice President to change the results of the election? Actually, what they are saying, is that Mike Pence did have the right to change the outcome, and they now want to take that right away. Unfortunately, he didn’t exercise that power, he could have overturned the Election!

  1. I disagree with the real President’s words. Pence was never asked to “overturn” the election or change election results. He was asked only to send the “irregularly” cast votes back to their respective state legislatures for review per our glorious U.S. Constitution. Pennsylvania was one state which had specifically sent a letter to both Pence and McConnell requesting a short amount of time for review. This past week a resolution was passed by the PN Senate moving a recall of electors forward.

  2. What are his Constitutional references? Did anyone bother a follow-up? I can see formal complaints, evidence presented and make a decision if the Constitution was followed by states where it was only legislatures changing voting laws. Why the stoppage in counting ballots in so many swing States at same time? Why no Republicans allowed to realistically observe ballot verification and counting in major polling centers in swing States? There are enough questions that President Trump should have remained in office until swing States voting was. reviewed. I don’t think he could just deck as re reversal but review we ould be.

  3. I hate clicking onto YouTube to watch Full Measure. I hate YouTube.

    Can’t you leave that platform??

Haven’t seen you post on Rumble. Can you post Full Measure there??

    Thanks for reading this.

  4. I was so disappointed when Trump selected Pence or followed the advice of someone, obviously not in Trump’s camp, to take on Pence as his VP. Pence has always been a snake and he was put in the VP slot to help the plan to destroy Trump since day ONE. It was hoped that Trump would be impeached and Pence would take over and put one his buddies, Ryan or Rosenstein or Romney, in as VP. Trump is either part of the cabal or he is dangerously naive. He promised to drain the swamp but turned around and kept the swamp, at every level, in place.

  5. Don’t know the legality of VP intervening in any way but don’t think this was a good move even if legal. The GOP and States did NOT support Trump in his protest of the election. The election was tainted from months before in the coverage and unconstitutional voting. Would it have made a difference? who knows but one thingi if for sure. BIDEN AND HIS TRAITORS ARE DOING IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO AMERICA.

  6. How could it be that “Pence was never asked to “overturn” the election” when in Trump’s own words in his statement “he could have overturned the Election”? And believing that Trump merely misspoke requires you to overlook these things:
    1) Trump’s previous statements about him being the rightful winner. Given that Biden is the official winner, that means the only way to make Trump the winner is to “overturn” the election results.
    2) The Eastman memo that clearly laid out a plan to have Pence simply declare Trump the winner by claiming that there were multiple slates of electors from certain states and, therefore, he wasn’t going to count any votes from those states. Trump was all in on this plan to the point of claiming that Pence should “do the right thing” and not count electoral votes from certain states.
    3) The idea that all Trump and his supporters wanted was a “pause” in the counting to investigate fraud charges isn’t believable at all simply because there were only two weeks before Inauguration Day and there was not sufficient time to do an audit that would satisfy Trump and his supporters. They had already done hand recounts in Georgia (6 days) and the initial audit in Michigan and initial hand recount in Arizona had already happened. And Trump wasn’t satisfied with the results. So something more would have had to be done. The deep dive in Michigan and the Arizona audit that followed both took months to complete. And even those weren’t enough. The idea that Trump and his supporters were going to be satisfied with something completed within two weeks is beyond laughable.
To answer Trump’s statement, the reason that some are talking about amending the Electoral Count Act is to make it crystal clear that the VP can’t decide on which electoral votes to count and which to ignore. Why now? Because for the past 135 years (the ECA was passed in 1887 as a result of the chaos from the 1876 Presidential election), it has always been assumed that the VP’s role was basically to count the votes and nothing more. Then came Trump and his delusional, unfounded claims about voter fraud and the John Eastman plan to steal the election for Trump. So, many suddenly realized that a lot of what everyone assumed to be true was predicated on people acting in good faith and not trying to game the system for their benefit (you know, like the antiquated notion that the federal government shouldn’t spend money at the President’s personal businesses or the White House shouldn’t be used in an overt campaign event like a nominating convention). So the ECA reforms are nothing more than trying to make sure that – to quote Rand Paul in another context – “something like this never happens again”.
I believe that it is common knowledge that Trump picked Pence to serve as his liaison to the Evangelical community given Trump’s less-than-stellar moral background and religious grounding (you know, like his reference to “two Corinthians”). And, once again, we see the walking corruption that is Trump. I am not a supporter of Pence at all. But that is based on his policies, not his character. Yet, somehow, this decent person who never flagged in any way in his complete slavish defense of all things Trump for four years is now a “snake”. Sorry, but the only snake here is someone who would try to prevent the normal, peaceful transition of power and throw the country into a Constitutional crisis simply because their feelings have been hurt.
And, once again, I ask of those promoting the story of voter fraud: where is the evidence?

    1. First off I will state I supported Trump. I do have an open mind and try to understand both sides and I have to say you make some very valid points. It helps when a moderate speaks with some knowledge instead of the “I hate Trump” constant language.

    2. Sure took you a long time to let us know that you’re a liberal and you know how to twist the truth with the big words. “Delusional, unfounded claims” is just an example. Trump knew that he had won on November 4th and there was plenty of information disputing voter integrity in some, if not all, states. IMHO, Trump should have called in the NG on January 6th, declared martial law, and thus began the forensic audits. NOW, look at the damn mess we’re in. Just my opinion.
