Two-thirds of voters say crime is getting worse in America.
Even more expect the issue to be important in the midterm congressional elections.
That's according to Rasmussen Reports, which found that 65% of likely US voters say the problem of violent crime in America is getting worse.
Only 11% think the crime problem is getting better. Another 22% say violent crime is staying about the same.
