The term 'Journalism' should be retired. The field began abandoning accurate, complete, fair, unbiased reporting decades ago. Even journalism schools perpetuate that news must shape public opinion.
Possible replacement titles might include Breaking Narratives, Fable-ism, Spinology, News-the-way-you-should-see-it, Cultural Engineering, That-Was-The-Week-That-Wasn't, or fact-crafting.
Open to suggestions.
