House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-California) has announced she intends to seek another term in Congress, but most voters-- including nearly a third of Democrats-- say they think it would be better for the country if she stepped down.
That's according to Rasmussen Reports.
- Thirty-seven percent (37%) of likely U.S voters say they have a "favorable impression" of Pelosi, including 17% who have a "very favorable" view of the California Democrat.
- Sixty percent (60%) of voters say they view Pelosi "unfavorably", including 50% who have a "very unfavorable" impression of her.
Pelosi has served as a U.S. House of Representative for California since 1987.
