(READ) ‘Defeat the Mandates’ caravan heads west for April 10 rally in LA

The next big stop for ‘Defeat the Mandates’ is Grand Park, in the heart of Los Angeles, California on April 10, as the group presses on with its fight for medical freedom, “uncensored” scientific debate, and preservation of individual constitutional rights.

The LA event follows the Defeat the Mandates march on January 23 in Washington, DC attended by an estimated 40,000.

The organizers say that while they are pleased some Covid-19 vaccine mandates and restrictions have been dropped throughout the country, they’re concerned that some mandates still persist nationwide in many US schools, colleges, businesses, hospitals, and corporations.

Some other concerns that organizers say need to be addressed include:

  • Restrictions and disciplinary actions on doctors who treat Covid-19
  • Censorship by Big Tech and the legacy media outlets
  • The unnecessary Covid-19 vaccination of children
  • Extension of the Emergency Powers Act beyond March 1st

Additional concerns include an aggressive slate of Covid-19-related bills—mandating vaccines for children and all employees, and allowing 12 to 17-year-olds to get the vaccine without parental consent—that remain under consideration by the California State Assembly.

The upcoming event will feature two national firefighter organizations, Firefighters4Freedom, along with Operation Freedom of Choice which oppose mandatory vaccine mandates.

The idea that our government wants to mandate forced vaccination as a prerequisite to having a job in this state is absolutely unacceptable and, we believe, unconstitutional.

John Knox, a founding board member of Firefighter4Freedom

The organization recently released a short documentary directed by Mikki Willis, creator of “Plandemic,” describing what forced vaccination looks like.
