(POLL) Americans side against Disney’s new gay and transgender activism

New polling shows that Americans are not so enthusiastic about the entertainment giant’s new initiative promoting the inclusion of gay and transgender characters in children’s programing.

That’s according to Rasmussen Reports.

About 28% of American adults say they believe the emphasis on “inclusion” and “diversity” by companies like Disney is making children’s entertainment better.

Forty-five percent (45%) say they think the push for “inclusion” is making kids’ entertainment worse, while 18% say it makes no difference.

Another 10% are not sure.

Efforts to integrate sexual topics, and controversies such as whether boys should be treated as if they are girls (and vice versa) upon request have been the topic of much debate nationally with Disney and other groups advocating what many consider radical and controversial positions that could harm children.

Recently, Disney executives are among those who falsely characterized a Florida law limiting sexual teachings at school among young children as a “Don’t Say Gay” law.

On the other side, some people say it’s important that young children are taught the minority position that they and others can choose their gender, rather than being biologically defined. Supporters of this notion say it’s a matter of human rights and respecting dignity for all.

    1. I’ve worked with these people. No, they would rather ride the company into the ground than give up their crusade. They also have the minds of every public school kid being indoctrinated into their simp army.

  1. The message I sent to the Disney CEO was:

Go Woke, Go Broke. First you decide, then we decide.

Disney was always a Family Friendly company. So sad.

p.s. Sharyl is one of very journalists I know I can trust. I never miss Full Measure.

  2. Dan Bongino exposes what is really going on in the boardrooms of these corporations regarding the woke agenda. It is a tactic laid out in Alinsky’s book “Rules for Radicals” in the chapter entitled “The Genesis of Tactic Proxy.” Executives are paid in stocks and stock options to avoid income tax. Leftist organizations, like Blackrock, buy 10% stake in corporations and threaten to dump the stock and destroy billions of dollars in valuation, and executive pay, if they don’t adopt the woke agenda. The executives hands are tied. Do some research. Find a way to combat this intelligently. The left isn’t stupid in forwarding their agenda. Americans have to be equally up to the task or we lose the country.
