About 8% said the FDA should ban menthol cigarettes, but 89% said the agency should not.

  1. Has anyone considered this could be racist? Just found some stats that 77% of African American smokers smoke menthol cigarettes. As a former smoker, this agrees with my unscientific observations over the years.
