Fifty-three percent (53%) of likely voters say they believe most world leaders see President Biden as weaker than former President Donald Trump.
Thirty-three percent (33%) feel Biden is stronger than Trump in the eyes of most world leaders.
That's according to Rasmussen Reports.
There is a wide partisan divide on this question.
Fifty-six percent (56%) of Democrats say they think most world leaders see President Biden as stronger than Trump, but 78% of Republicans say thet think those leaders see him as weaker.
Among voters not affiliated with either major political party, 55% say they believe world leaders see Biden as weaker and 28% say they think those leaders see him as stronger than Trump.
Among all voters, 40% rate President Biden’s relationship with most world leaders as good or excellent, including 22% who give him excellent marks. Forty percent (42%) say they think the president has a poor relationship with most world leaders.

I'm not sure how the American public can understand how world leaders think about anyone unless those leaders have publicly stated one way or the other. It is obvious how Russia, China, Iran, and N Korea feel about the current administration. Marshmallow.
I got and still have the impression that most world leaders didn't start trouble with Trump bc they knew Trump wouldn't put up with their nonsense; whereas Biden is a wimpy man who thinks he is tough but wouldn't hold their feet to the fire and just let them walk all over him. For example PUTIN!! No one respects weakness. #LetsGoBrandon
