Top officials at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) say Americans may need an annual Covid-19 shot, just like getting an annual flu shot.
They say vaccines will likely be updated each year to head off the latest variant.
Dr. Peter Marks, director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research; Principal Deputy Commissioner Dr. Janet Woodcock; and new FDA Commissioner Dr. Robert Califf expressed that opinion in a paper published in the journal JAMA.
“Widespread vaccine- and infection-induced immunity, combined with the availability of effective therapeutics, could blunt the effects of future outbreaks,” the officials wrote. “Nonetheless, it is time to accept that the presence of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Covid-19, is the new normal. It will likely circulate globally for the foreseeable future, taking its place alongside other common respiratory viruses such as influenza.

Common sense told us early on Covid is here to stay, just as the flu. Common sense also told us natural immunity was at least equivalent to any of the vaccines and cloth masks were essentially worthless. Getting a new “covid shot” should be voluntary, period, just as it is for the flu. But our health bureaucrats have other things in mind other than health. I agree with your statement “as long as we have a U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.” But as we witness the destructive reaction of this administration to the constitutionally proper action of the Supreme Court overturning Roe vs. Wade, we should be alarmed and ready for the Administration’s actions to null and void the Constitution. They are already doing it through regulations, executive orders, failure to enforce laws, reinterpreting laws, ignoring court orders and creating such things as a “truth ministry”, all done without congressional involvement.
The FDA, CDC, and WHO must be held to account. They truly have no jurisdiction over We the people. We must actively engage the values of the US Constitution. Medical fascism has never been as transparent as it is today.

The big difference is the others don’t use the disastrous mRNA gene therapy . Now the mRNA proponents want to switch the regular annual flu vaccine instead with an mRNA delivery system.
