All envelopes preserved.
All ballots handled with gloves.
All ballots watermarked and numbered by district and precinct. For ex., GA-1, Precinct 1, Ballot 1.
Only a number of ballots printed equal to the number of registered voters in precinct. For ex., GA-1, Precinct 1 would have Ballots 1-2,247. GA-1, Precinct 2, would have Ballots 2,248-4,008.
Absentee ballots numbered separately.
States coordinate records so people cannot vote in more than one state.
All ballots counted, and results released, by midnight on Election Day.
If ballot counting deadline isn’t met, top local and state elections officials are immediately fired, and bipartisan group immediately takes over to quickly verify and finish count.
Ballots, envelopes, electronic records, and any other records are preserved for at least one year.
All counting processes conducted on camera, with any member of public able to watch live. Recordings are strictly preserved.
Representatives of any candidate on the ballot who wishes to watch counting processes can be present for observation, able to see details with use of cameras and monitors.
With the exception of rare absentee votes, no mail-in ballots.
No dropboxes.
No outside funding for elections systems.
Hard prison time for any fraud.
Common sense is so uncommon or an elected official would be doing what you’re doing here, for one could make a name for oneself //// full stop //// no… I’m wrong… the MSM would try to call such an effort racist and coordinate that claim across the leftist networks.

“Only a number of ballots printed equal to the number of registered voters in precinct” at first glance could very well disenfranchise a legitimate voter, but if I understand you, those would be the last voters in line at that precinct. So I agree so we know voter fraud is going on, but then what do you do with the last few legitimate voters who won’t have a ballot to vote with? I like the idea if it would trigger an immediate independent bipartisan commission to look into the local voter fraud in that area.
1) Registration to vote in an area would need to be defined as × date in order to print those ballots in time. This might be an issue unless you also allow absentee voting for someone who has moved but cannot register due to being past the registration date. Just something to mull on and work out.
2) Individual medical and mobility concerns should be considered in absentee voting. I bring this up because my grandfather voted his entire life but couldn’t drive at the end. He lived in a retirement village and they supplied transportation to shop/ appts/ polling places/etc … but not everyone sick or elderly has that kind of help. When I say “sick,” I mean conditions that actually hamper mobility… not a huge list of excuses not to vote in person. Medical professionals should be brought in to create such a list based on REAL SCIENCE, not “The Science.”
3) Absentee ballots should be available for those who are going to be out of the area. People travel for work, medical reasons, family reasons, etc. These people still deserve to vote.
Even with 2 and 3, absentee ballots should be minimal.
4) We have to discuss how to make sure nursing home residents are able to vote. My idea: mobile polling centers that travel to care units. These should be manned by trained people and also have workers from both parties to oversee. In this vein … how do we make sure that people housed in such care units all have unexpired ID? Another consideration we need to address. A mobile unit could go to them regularly?
5) Random complete hand counts at precincts in order to compare tabulators with hand count. Precincts chosen should be done by drawing ON ELECTION DAY and teams immediately sent to begin counting all ballots in the chosen precincts. This should also be monitored by the ways you described.
I definitely like your ideas. We just need to work out kinks and consider ways to combat problems that both sides have pointed to in the past.

The left use systems to empower themselves. They’ll NEVER go along with a system that’s secure or else they can’t cheat.
What you should be doing is finding how to organize everyone of us together in 1 place and start to come back after the left in an organized massive attack involving lawsuits, protests, firing leftists, and getting advertisers pulled from everything the left controls until we take it all back.
Currently I haven’t heard of election officials being removed for cause due to violations of election codes as egregious as erasing log files or allowing people to access the log files with no oversight, etc.. The only time I saw election officials resign was in 2016 when some of the most egregious violations happened within the Democrat primaries and later in the General, when suddenly hundreds of thousands of voters were removed from the polls in NY and CA and a few Registrars in NY resigned in disgrace. But even then, an analysis of one of those cases found that the Registrar was likely paid off years earlier via the purchase of a property she owned for far far above the market value – so she was paid off in advance and near retirement anyway.
An important component of election rules needs to include a means for election officials to be fast-tracked to being removed, locked up, fined, etc. You mentioned that in a couple of your points, but this whole area is still fuzzy. I like the idea of a bipartisan group taking over, but then how to keep that group from being also fully corrupted? Registrars of Voters are not elected, but maybe they need to be, since currently, they literally operate as mini kingdoms, totally unaccountable.
Our elections have been severely corrupted since 2004. It is incredible that brave Patriots risked everything to break through the “machines are untouchable!” narratives that are dumped from Legacy media like an avalanche any time anyone has concerns about them . . . Unless of course they are Democrats.
The larger problem we have is the criminal media that pushes agendas pretending that elections are where Democrats win are pure and anyone questioning them is a “denier”, etc., while Republicans winning suddenly can resurrect the idea of fraud and questioning is allowed. We are in unprecedented times, when he have no actual news media the public can rely on to be unbiased, and now so many people have been psy-oped with the anti-Trump lunacy, the COVID mania, etc., that they cannot be reasoned with. Ultimately they will just have to be abandoned, it seems, and it will come down to winner take all, or most, in the end, akin to a literal war.
Transitioning to Blockchain technology solves all issues and would save gobs of money.
I strongly agree with most of your criteria.
The two criteria I have some concerns about are:
Watermarked ballots. I don’t disagree with the concept, but a precinct and ballot number can be used to see how a particular person voted.
Where I vote there is a detachable numbered tab at the top of the ballot. I enter the pooling place, show my ID, sign a form, my info verified, and I’m given a ballot. On my form the ballot number is recorded. I fill in the ballot, then take it to a tabulating machine. Just before I slide my ballot into the machine the numbered tab is removed and put in a trash can, so my vote(s) remain anonymous. Anyone might be able to know that I received ballot number 1212, but they can’t tie that ballot number to a tabulated ballot or a vote.
There would need to be measures to ensure voting secrecy.
I see an issue with the numbers of ballots dictated by registered voters. People mess up, change their minds after they mark a choice, inadvertently vote for more candidates than allowed (for instance they can only vote for 2 candidates for an office and they vote for 3). In a heavy turn out election it’s possible that ballots could run out.
Where I vote, when I slide by ballot into the tabulating machine, if there’s an error, I and the election worker are immediately notified (though it doesn’t tell us what the error is), that ballot stays in the machine and I’m given the option of a new ballot. Ballots issued have to match valid ballots and errored ballots and those have to match (all in theory at least) the number of people who voted.
An alternative (separate from my experiences) is to have a separate stack of “error ballots” (they could be numbered separately also) which would have to match the number of errored ballots when counted. So if/when a voter makes a mistake they still have the opportunity to vote.
In addition to your points
All ballot handling should have chain of custody procedures that are strictly enforced and those intentionally or even negligently violating those procedures prosecuted.
Body cameras required for those handling cast ballots on and after election day, at least for those counting the ballots and handling the ballot storage, especially during any transport needed. Though no cameras where voters are casting ballots.
Lastly, hold any media outlets and individual reporters intentionally or negligently “misreporting” election news responsible criminally
Excellent points that we need to consider. I have witnessed a voter having to receive a new ballot due to mistakes on the original. In the case I witnessed, they’d used their own pen (due to the pandemic and personal safety) and the tabulator couldn’t read it.
I’d forgotten about that. This is why multiple minds need to work together toward solutions.

1. Declaration of conflict of interests by all SEIU county election office employees, who have a direct and immediate financial interest in election outcomes since that person will be writing their next paychecks and handing out their perks, benefits and pensions.
2. No cross-over, same day party re-registration for general and primary elections
3. No bye-elections that never show up on the ballot – all positions must face a write in option on the ballot, even if no opponent filed against them.
4. Any elected candidate who has taken campaign funding or support from any members who belong to a government collective bargaining union must recuse themselves, when any public employee union negotiates a new contract
5. No universal nor automatic voter registration.
6. Absolutely no third party vote harvesting.

Also, Kanekoa the Great has an eye-popping series re who owns the machines on his Substack (it’s crazy how many truly good content creators avoid using their own names because of doxxing, swatting, and de-platforming).
I would argue in favor of voting tabulator machines. A paper ballot, scanned through a machine (with the paper ballot kept for verification or challenge purposes). Especially if we’re going to require that results be turned in by midnight on election day.
That said, voting machine software should be open source, or if proprietary then the source code has to be released for review and verification. As would every update to the software.
Current OS would have to finalized (pending review and any flaws found) no less than 30 days before election day and that has to be verified by hashing and each machine OS has to be verified by hash on election day before the polls open and again at the close of the polling.
Agree 100% with these suggestions. We want fair elections. I believe as you talked about earlier this week that so many systems are broken. I don’t have faith in anything done by the government. They’ve proven time and again they are driven by profits and greed not what’s best for American people!

Years of 2/3 of registered voters not showing up at the polls and “letting others do it” at the local level got us to where we are today. I’m old enough to say that with certainty.

This Svengali voter machines are only in China and Russia and a few other south American and asian countries…? I have quibbles with the idea of printing only the exact number of ballots.
As mentioned before, no machines at all, at least not for scanning and then tabulation. Maybe for storing registration rolls and tabulation results (See my reply above with the link.)
I believe the feds require all records kept 22 months.
At state level, rules for chain of custody need to be tightened up with significant penalties (big fines?) for non-compliance.
Add that: ballots must be tabulated and certified at the precinct level, then reported to county then state.
Absolutely NO rules for elections may be legislated or commanded at the federal level excep for what is provided in the Constitution.
Make Election Day a National holiday (that’s not a rule for elections).

Agree with most if not all of these proposals.
1. I would say if you can’t come and vote then you can’t vote.
2. There should be no mail in votes. One reason is if someone marks their ballot months before the election his choice may have changed by election day.
3. If the above two are infeasible (politically?) then a person bringing in a vote for someone else can only bring one vote one time. He must be a registered voter. His name, address, ssn, and fingerprints will be taken and hopefully there will be a database that this can immediately be checked against. Any violation of this is 20 years in prison. (I know the entire population of Filthadephia will probably have to go to jail but in their case we’ll just execute them and improve the whole country immeasurably.)
No mail in would completely cut out the very people that fight for our rights. I cannot agree that disenfranchising our servicepeople is a wise thing to do.
Absolutely NO ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES! Too susceptible to be rigged programing. Then you are prevented from vetting if there are any issues.
Use your thumb print as a signature, no way to cheat without it being obvious. Run all thumb prints through the State voter registration office and arrest or investigate any double votes.
Excellent list. Your emphasis on hand counting would preclude machines, but it’s always good to state such a proscription clearly.
This is off topic, but I think an option is missing from your current illegal alien poll: return them to their country of origin. I could not support any other option.
