(POLL) Mixed predictions on how long it will take to recover from Covid shutdowns

Dated: October 10, 2022 by Sharyl Attkisson 3 Comments

There's no uniform consensus on the question of how long it will take the US to recover from the Covid shutdowns.

That's according to the latest unscientific poll of 784 people at SharylAttkisson.com.

Thirty-two percent (32%) of those polled said "We will never recover" from the Covid shutdowns, while 27% say they believe it will take "decades."

Twenty-five percent (25%) of respondents think recovery will take anywhere between three and 10 years, and another 10% say it will be another one to three years for a recovery.

Seven percent (7%) say we've "already recovered."

Full results are below. Be sure to answer the newest poll at SharylAttkisson.com. Look for the black box on the right sidebar on your computer or scroll way down on your mobile device.

We need to understand why the world went barking dog crazy in such a short time over something that data is confirming was totally bogus. That is why it will take a long time to "recover from covid".

What was so deeply wrong in our global souls, that allowed "covid" hysteria to take off like a wild fire. Every generation must grapple with mortality; yet there is no indication there has been any soul-seaching on this topic in recent modern times.

Homer's The Iliad was a tale about mortality- and the capriciousness of the gods who were immortal. What was the relationship between mortal man and the immortal nature of the gods intended to be?

Martin Armstrong's cycle-based computer is predicting bat-sh*t craziness for the next 7-10 years, followed by a period, starting in about 2032, of rebuilding. Depending on who does the rebuilding and their core beliefs, one of two things will happen. If those that desire power and control over others do the rebuilding, then we will return to the craziness. If those who desire to be productive and who recognize individuals' rights do the rebuilding, then we will enter the most peaceful and prosperous time in the history of earth. His computer is giving better odds for the latter to happen because the most of the former will largely self-destruct in the next ten years.

For Jaye: As to why this craziness happened, it's all about control. Certain groups of people who have some control over governments and laws want absolute control over every individual. This effort is multi-generational and has been present throughout human history. In the late 1700s, these groups organized much more formally to achieve these ends and "they" have been improving and refining their techniques ever since. To achieve this, "they" want to reduce the population as there are too many humans for them to gain control. Thus, if you see the global political happenings through this lens, things start to make more sense. BTW, the term "conspiracy theory" is a term coined by the CIA to discredit those who are too close to the truth, so, Jaye, don't let that term scare you from certain avenues of research. In fact, if you see it repeated multiple times and by multiple sources about a certain geopolitical "theory," know that you are then on the right track. The choice is clear: a controlling dictatorship through bureaucracy or a system that supports individual rights and responsibilities and promotes productive lives.

I think some people suffered permanent psychological damage from the Covid hysteria. I still see people wearing masks while driving alone in their cars, or while walking down the street with no one else around.
