(POLL)  Most Republicans don’t trust electronic voting machines

Dated: October 15, 2022 by Sharyl Attkisson 9 Comments

Use of electronic voting machines often raises the concern of election integrity and Republican voters are most concerned that these devices may enable cheating.

That's according to the latest Rasmussen Reports.

The national survey finds that 39% of likely U.S. voters believe electronic voting machines make it easier to cheat in elections.

Nineteen percent (19%) think the machines make it harder to cheat, while 33% say the use of electronic voting machines doesn’t make much difference in election cheating.

Fifty-four percent (54%) of Republicans believe electronic voting machines make cheating easier, an opinion shared by only 30% of Democrats and 34% of voters not affiliated with either major party.

In 2020, cybersecurity experts told NBC News that voting systems connected to the internet may be vulnerable to hackers.

Sixty-three percent (63%) of likely voters are concerned that electronic voting machines may be monitored remotely through internet connections during voting, including 38% who say they’re "very concerned."

Thirty-four percent (34%) aren’t concerned about internet-connected voting machines being monitored, including 13% who are "not at all concerned."

Electronic voting machines and the companies which sell them do not deserve our trust.

Why do electronic voting machines need an Algorithm?
Don’t they just count votes ?

    Sounds like manipulation to me.
    I don’t trust em.

My husband and I still don't know how best to vote in November. Should we use our absentee ballots and mail them in or vote in person and use the machine????

Most Republicans don't trust voting machines because we JUST saw the Democrats use them to steal an election....and that result has destroyed the fabric of America!

The entire system is set up to enable cheating, especially vote by mail.

Besides the voter fraud identified in the movie "2000 Mules" there is more!

This week I was leaning about verifying signatures on mail in ballots. It was stunning! When signatures are verified (not all get verified) the signatures are compared to the ones already on record. BUT ALL IT TAKES TO VERIFY A SIGNATURE IS TO MATCH ONE LETTER IN SIGNATURE TO ONE LETTER ON RECORD!

The people verifying the signatures are mostly volunteers and can only work one hour at a time!

In my county in FL, there are over 300,000 vote by mail ballots! About 1/3 of all voters.

Blaming a machine for cheating is like blaming a gun for killing.
In the words of the legendary Mick Jagger, "It's the singer, not the song".
Democrats can't win fair and square, they have to cheat. It seems to be their nature.

In the 2020 election, Tarrant County, Texas went for the Democrat Presidential nominee for the first time since 1964 when fellow Texan LBJ was on the ballot. It just so happens, for the two years prior to the 2020 election, the individual who held the office of Administrator of Elections in Tarrant County is a Venezuelan named Heider Garcia. He was a Computer Engineering major at the Universidad de Simone Bolivar in Caracas. For the twelve years prior to his current position, he was a Computer Engineer for,,,, Smartmatic. What a coincidence!
