(POLL) US should cut funding to Ukraine

Dated: October 24, 2022 by Sharyl Attkisson 5 Comments

As the Ukraine-Russia war wages on most say that US taxpayers shouldn't give any more money to Ukraine.

That's according to the latest unscientific poll of 1,401 people conducted at SharylAttkisson.com.

Eighty-six percent (86%) said Ukraine should be given "no more money," while 1% said the US should give Ukraine "all the money it wants."

Ten percent (10%) said the U.S. should give "loans only" to Ukraine.

The Biden administration recently announced it will send Ukraine a new $725 million package of weapons and other military assistance.

Since the war began on February 24, the US has committed more than than $17.5 billion in weapons and other equipment.

Some critics say there's little to no accountability for spending all that money in Ukraine, one of the most notoriously corrupt nations on the globe, according to political observers prior to the war. Others criticize the idea of giving so much money to a foreign nation when the US itself is so far in debt and there are so many needs here. On the other hand, supporters of sending the money to Ukraine say that people who don't support the funding are sympathizers of Russia president Putin or are "Putin apologists."

Full results are below. Be sure to answer the newest poll at SharylAttkisson.com. Look for the black box on the right sidebar on your computer or scroll way down on your mobile device.

It shouldn't surprise me or any other informed American citizen that General Milley supports the continued financial support of Zelenskyy and Ukraine mafia. After all, Milley is a WEF associate--at least we may presume such regarding his recent statement in support of Ukraine: in order to continue the plan for a “rules-based world order.” Obviously, the General represents the MIC status quo and the continued support for billion-dollar Govt contracts.

    Sharyl,
You might want to reflect with your readers that --Those who don't remember Hitler, are bound to have a repeat of Hitler.-----The Anschloss( German Speaking people in Austria.). The Sudetenland (German people in Czechoslovakia), Poland. and, . alliance with an Asian Power-- Japan a weakened U.S.Military after WWI==WWII..
Parallel Putin (Hitler with a new name)---Crimea (always a part of Russia) the Donbass, the Ukrain, ---alliance with an Asian Power---China, a weakened U.S .military and WW?
    Just sayin'

    P.S.to my prior comment.
Should we continue to support the Ukrain-----You Bet----We should find a way to audit the financial aid, but Military Aid should continue and increased when possible. (It's hare to steal a tank.)

whatever it is you think is wrong with ukraine, real or imagined, internal or relative to the u.s.a., russia is even 2 or more times worse(more corrupt, more anti u.s./'west'). russia is not, won't be, & doesn't want to be the savior of 'western' principles or 'the west' in general. only those with there heads firmly embedded in their rectal orifice, if not up that of the russian propaganda metaphorical one, believe any part of the world is better off with a russian occupied ukraine. u.s. & euros should assist/support ukraine in whole; enabling them to eliminate the russian forces from within internationally recognized ukrainian borders. & as a change for me, that is inclusive of crimea. it is disturbing to see so many professed conservatives being wholesale in lock step with putinista russia. he is not your friend, he is not your 'values' friend, he is not the 'west's' friend.

Ukraine... barely a country lead by a fascist Nazi... even the Israeli's are smart enough not to support this crap.

The United States is a Bully, NATO is USA's entourage, once and again we should have stayed out of European problems.. beyond the SIMPLE QUESTION "HOW DO WE HELP END THIS?'

But no too many politicians... and I blame ALL OF THEM!!! are making big $$$$ off of the money sent to the ukraine being filtered back into the USA in bitcoin (this is not long conspiracy theory people).

The Ukraine is the latest pseudo war for the USA where we can say "weapons of mass destruction" but this time the other side DOES HAVE WMD'S oh yeah and a hell of a lot more than the USA and better and up to date delivery systems...

WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!! this is the NWO euro liberal agenda preparing to reduce the population!!!.
