Ninety-eight percent (98%) of those polled say that to address the border crisis, the US should send back millions of people who have crossed into the US illegally.
That’s according to the latest unscientific poll of 1,164 people at SharylAttkisson.com.
Two percent (2%) say the illegal border crossers should not be returned to their home countries.
Illegal border crossings continue to shatter historic records with more than 2 million people illegally crossing into the US in 2022 on top of 1.7 million crossing in 2021, according to Customs and Border Protection.
Dozens of Texas counties have proposed or passed resolutions calling the border crisis an invasion, in part to try to pressure the federal government to secure the border.Â
President Biden recently visited the border, the first time in his two years as president, and offered to expand the use of Trump-era border control measures.

Just want to clarify that all illegal aliens should be sent back to their home countries, no matter how long they’ve been here. Also, all their employers need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the 1986 law forbidding the employment of illegal aliens, a law that I had to administer during my university employment, at great cost of staff time and effort. And all the organizations supporting illegal aliens should be prosecuted for giving aid and comfort to people who are lawbreakers. Why they come illegally is immaterial. How nice they are is immaterial. How many children they have is immaterial: they can take them back to their home countries. And the misuse of the 14th Amendment to support citizenship of babies born to non-citizens on U.S. soil has to stop.
The tolerance for illegal aliens on American soil and for those who support them should be zero.

I have decided that jail time should be the penalty for those who hire Illegal Aliens and Pay the Illegal Aliens. Include the CEOs for hiring the criminals that Hire and Pay illegal Aliens. Nothing serious, maybe starting with a month, 30 days, in jail for the first offense. I think that the problem will be resolved with this. Just to be safe, include a 6 months for the 2d offense time, and a year and a day for the 3d offense. After the 3d offense they are felons and that will put a real dent in their social lives.
Even with that, it may still be too late to save America.
Using the word “recently” continues the problem.
Consider the water ‘crisis’ in the Southwest US. In 1980, the Colorado River turned into a mudflat before reaching the ocean. Every year since the mudflat extended further inland.
With the 1965, Immigration Reform Act the ‘flood gates were opened for the invasion of Illegal Aliens. Also, In 1965, LBJ issued an Executive Order perverting the 14th Amendment granting birthright citizenship to kids dropped by Illegal Aliens in America. Aside for the Legal Aliens, Also entering America were 2.5 million Illegal Aliens who were Amnestied in 1985, which allowed them to bring in 15 million close relatives via chain migration. Also, in 1985, a couple of college professors published a paper claiming Spanish was the language of the future on the USA. That was on a bulletin board in my 1st year of graduate school. The Amnesty backlog there lasted until the late 1990s, In the late 1990s, they were ‘worrying’ about 11 million Illegal Aliens living in the shadows. Clinton issues an Executive Order requiring all US Govt documents to be published in in Spanish and English. There was a major push to Amnesty Illegal Aliens, the alleged 11 million. When 0bamacare was passed, McCain and someone else acknowledged 20 million Illegal aliens in the US. Since they were lying about 10 million Illegal Aliens, I figured they were lying by 10 million more, giving us 30 million Illegal Aliens in the US.
= I believe we have over 40 million Illegal Aliens in the US, not considering Biden’s Illegal Aliens which number 5 million.
The United States is not ‘Sustainable” to use a word that is now in the vogue.
