(READ) New Congressional House Rules Package

With Republicans now officially in charge of the House of Representatives, they make the rules.

Changes include: A “cut as you go” budget rule, a 3/5ths vote required for any federal tax increase, changing the name of the “Committee on Oversight and Reform” to the “Committee on Oversight and Accountability,” and more.

  1. I’m disappointed that the Republicans didn’t get rid of the crooked proxy voting. That alone shows me the Republicans are not serious. These are very unserious people that we have elected but we don’t have any choice do we? We have to elect these jackasses because there’s not much choice out there.
