The South Haven [Michigan] nurse accused of being high on meth while on duty for a home care patient was sentenced to 30 to 75 years in prison, according to the Berrien County Prosecutor's Office.
In February, a jury found Judith Sobol guilty of second-degree murder.
Sobol admitted to injecting and smoking methamphetamine before going to work in June 2022.
During her shift, a three-year-old patient in her care was found unresponsive. The patient later died at the hospital.ย (Continued...)

What the hell is wrong with this care facility? Had they no idea she was a druggie? Seems to me they are just as responsible. A innocent child dies because of this gross negligence. A child dies while the murder lives. All the more reason for the death penalty. I hope she suffers in hell for what she did.
