A majority of voters say they believe Secretary of State Anthony Blinken should be impeached for his reported role in helping suppress news about Hunter Biden’s laptop during the 2020 presidential campaign.
That's according to Rasmussen Reports.
The survey finds that 60% of likely US voters say they believe Congress should begin impeachment proceedings against Blinken, who was reportedly one of the members of Joe Biden’s campaign team involved in falsely labeling the Hunter Biden laptop story “Russian disinformation.”
Twenty-five percent (25%) say they don’t think Congress should launch an impeachment against Blinken, while 15% say they are not sure.
Days after the New York Post first reported about the controversial and shocking contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop in October 2020, 51 former intelligence officials signed an open letter falsely claiming the story was “Russian disinformation." Social media outlets conspired to suppress the story and censor the New York Post. Hunter's father, Joe, was running for president against Donald Trump at the time.
Sixty-three percent (63%) of voters say they believe the intelligence officials who signed that letter should lose their security clearances.
Fourteen percent (14%) say they don’t think the intelligence officials should lose their security clearances, and 23% say they are not sure.

Most of those IC leaders that signed were ALREADY under threat of losing their clearances. Trump had ORDERED the removal of their clearances, but, the IC community balked and refused to comply. This is a shocking lack of integrity all around. No wonder people don't trust institutions, when they've been given so many reasons not to.
