Trump statement on getting booted from ballot in Colorado

Donald Trump is one of the most important political figures of the day and, arguably, the most important Republican in national politics. But many in the media have taken the historic step of censoring him. For that reason, one of our goals is to publish information about Trump that is otherwise difficult-to-find.

Trump Campaign Statement on The Colorado Supreme Court Ruling
“Unsurprisingly, the all-Democrat appointed Colorado Supreme Court has ruled against President Trump, supporting a Soros-funded, left-wing group’s scheme to interfere in an election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden by removing President Trump’s name from the ballot and eliminating the rights of Colorado voters to vote for the candidate of their choice. Democrat Party leaders are in a state of paranoia over the growing, dominant lead President Trump has amassed in the polls. They have lost faith in the failed Biden presidency and are now doing everything they can to stop the American voters from throwing them out of office next November. The Colorado Supreme Court issued a completely flawed decision tonight and we will swiftly file an appeal to the United States Supreme Court and a concurrent request for a stay of this deeply undemocratic decision. We have full confidence that the U.S. Supreme Court will quickly rule in our favor and finally put an end to these unAmerican lawsuits.”—Steven Cheung, Trump Campaign Spokesman

  1. It would be nice if the Supreme Court appeal is filed quickly along with a request for expedited hearing, so as to get this ongoing, blatant attempted election interference resolved A.S.A.P, including recommendation of potential criminal penalties for any furtherance of this nonsense.

You just KNOW that there are many democrat precincts throughout the US where poll workers will take the law into their own hands, and probably disregard or destroy ballots of Trump voters regardless of what the Supreme Court says, to which I would respond by quoting Barney Fife from the old Andy Griffith Show:
    “Nip it in the bud!”

    1. Tuesday’s announcement that the Colorado Supreme Court has disqualified Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 presidential primary ballot understandably sent shock waves through social media. Although Trump will undoubtedly appeal the ruling it currently means that Trump’s name may not appear on the state’s 2024 presidential primary ballot.

  3. work online and get paid more than $200 to $300 each hour. I learned about this job three months ago, and since I started working there, I have effortlessly made $10,000 without needing any internet skills. Just try it out on the related website.

  5. Isn’t it up to each state to decide how they are going to choose their presidential vote(s)? What do Colorado laws say about their process? Would the supreme court of the U.S. even have any standing in how a state does business or whether it went rogue?

They seemed to be pretty hands off on all the states in the 2020 election who broke their own voting laws at the last minute.

  7. Is this a political stunt from Colorado’s “Supreme Court” ?
    All for show…

    From Conservative Treehouse on 12/20/23…

“As long as President Trump appeals the decision to the Supreme Court, the appeals court stays their own ruling – essentially indefinitely. The Colorado primary ballots printed, and the primary election will be over, before the Supreme Court puts this on their docket.”

See page 8 and 9 of their ruling…
“We are also cognizant that we travel in uncharted territory, and that this
case presents several issues of first impression. But for our resolution of the
Electors’ challenge under the Election Code, the Secretary would be required to
include President Trump’s name on the 2024 presidential primary ballot.”
“Therefore, to maintain the status quo pending any review by the U.S. Supreme
Court, we stay our ruling until January 4, 2024 (the day before the Secretary’s
deadline to certify the content of the presidential primary ballot). If review is
sought in the Supreme Court before the stay expires on January 4, 2024, then the
stay shall remain in place, and the Secretary will continue to be required to include
President Trump’s name on the 2024 presidential primary ballot, until the receipt
of any order or mandate from the Supreme Court.”

  9. The RNC in Colorado should immediately start a Trump write-in campaign. Okay wishful thinking on my part. So how about some MAGA voters take up that effort.
That would not only be fair but would give the CO courts a, as Bongino says “a double barrel” of the middle finger and tell the courts, WE the PEOPLE run this state, not some activist judges even if the sit on the CO supreme court.

    1. You should check with state voting laws, because some states don’t require write-in votes to be counted at all. It’s not smart to give advice when you don’t actually know whether it’s good advice or worse than no advice at all.

  11. It is odd that the man, former Pres. Trump, who is charged with insurrection and was also in charge of the military, didn’t use the military to insurrect-but rather spoke to his supporters not to riot. That they rioted-and not engaged in insurrection (this is proved by the fact that few-if any-were armed) is their act and their doing, not Pres. Trump’s fault.
Adults are not children, they are responsible for their own riotous actions, riotous actions which were not engaged in by ALL participants (since a number of them were just sightseeing the building and the grounds for which they paid their taxes to support).
It is obvious that the Progressive/Democratic cadres are engaged in an insurrection against Democracy. This latest decision of the Colorado Supreme Court (all appointed by Democratic governors) is the latest gambit of the Democrats who hope to defeat the competition-without engaging in an election.
Thus, the Colorado Democratic Party (as represented by its Supreme Court) hopes to delete the competition rather than face it.
Is this a great country-or what?
