Trump sues Justice Dept. over Mar-a-Lago document search

The following is from Just The News.

Former President Trump is seeking $100 million in damages from the U.S. Justice Department over its handling of the classified documents search at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach, Fla.

The search occurred in August of 2022.

Trump’s legal team has described the search as “political persecution” and unconstitutional.

According to an administrative tort claim, Trump’s legal team alleged that DOJ applied “inconsistent standards” with the search, arguing it was a “clear dereliction of constitutional principles.”

  1. Thats how this bs works. They will knowing and many with glee over totally trashing a resident or business and then walk away. Hey Mr. citizen, your problem, you clean up the mess we made. I’m dam glad he’s suing for millions. These unchained goons think they have free reign over any constitutional rights.

  2. The American people should start a class action lawsuit for election interference.
Ridiculous what the Biden regime has been doing.

  3. So, he has been found stealing government secrets and given several chances to return them and is crying about when the G-men came to get them. His attorneys must be careful on this one or they will be losing their license.
