The following is from Rasmussen Reports.
A recent Rasmussen Reports survey reveals that the majority of U.S. voters say they strongly oppose several key elements of the “transgender agenda.” Sixty-five percent (65%) of likely voters say they are against men who identify as women competing in women’s sports, including 50% who say they “strongly oppose” it. Only 25% say they support the idea, with just 11% strongly in favor.
The survey also shows that 64% say they oppose men using women’s restrooms and locker rooms, with 53% saying they strongly oppose it. Additionally, 64% of respondents say they reject taxpayer-funded medical treatments for transgender individuals, with 52% saying they are strongly opposed.
The results indicate a significant partisan divide. While 50% of Democrats say they support taxpayer funding for transgender medical treatments, a strong majority of Republicans (75%) and unaffiliated voters (58%) say they are firmly opposed.
Rasmussen Reports collected this data from 2,008 likely voters, with a margin of error of ±2 percentage points.
