(VIEW) Here’s the record of Kamala Harris’s payments to Oprah’s group

Kamala Harris’s campaign paid Oprah’s group over $1 million for a town hall type promotion during which Oprah endorsed Harris.

The official Federal Election Commission filing is below.

Harris’s campaign spending is coming under increasing scrutiny as some of her expenses have become public.

Harris greatly outraised and outspent the winner, Donald Trump. She reportedly spent $1.5 billion in less than four months on her losing campaign.

Donald Trump garnered many endorsements without paying for them and ended up winning the electoral vote, the battleground states, and the popular vote.

  1. There are laws that cap the amount an individual can give to a candidate (of which there are a multitude of “work arounds”), but no laws capping what candidates can give to an individual. And what did she get in return for that money… a twisted version of paid advertising? No laws broken here. But the lies coming out about it were fast and furious. If Trump, the most investigated presidential candidate in history did this, we’d still be seeing in the news every night. Churchill once said, Americans will do the right thing eventually, but only after they’ve exhausted everything else. Americans are incredibly tolerant, but they don’t like being lied to… at all.
