The following is from Rasmussen Reports.
A new Rasmussen Reports poll finds that 56% of likely US voters say they agree with Rep. Eli Crane’s statement that “partisan judges abusing their positions is a threat to democracy.” This includes 35% who say they strongly agree. Meanwhile, 36% say they disagree, including 27% who say they strongly disagree.
Rep. Crane recently announced plans to introduce articles of impeachment against a federal judge who is trying to block the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from accessing Treasury Department payment systems. The issue has drawn strong partisan reactions. Seventy-four (74%) percent of Republicans say they agree with Crane’s statement, compared to 38% of Democrats and 55% of unaffiliated voters.
Voters are divided on whether the Supreme Court should intervene. Forty-one (41%) percent say they believe the Supreme Court should overturn lower court rulings that have blocked President Trump’s executive orders, while 47% say they disagree, and 11% say they are not sure.
Among those who want the Supreme Court to overturn lower court rulings, 89% say they agree with Crane’s statement about partisan judges. Meanwhile, 69% of Democrats, 26% of Republicans, and 45% of unaffiliated voters say they do not want the Supreme Court to intervene.
The survey of 1,233 likely US voters was conducted on February 11-13, 2025, with a margin of error of ±3 percentage points.

Worse that abusing their authority, these leftist judges are giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States. The Constitution has a word for that.
