I completed my Internship in Stamford CT in 1978. We were blessed with Rheumatology Fellows from Yale moonlighting in our ER. They pointed out Lyme Arthritis as it was known there. I learned a lot about disease transmission. Later is my practice I took care of a little girl with severe brain inflammation. Lyme Disease can be accompanied with other tick bourne infections.
What are the best treatments for Lyme disease if were not properly diagnosed early enough for antibiotics?
