(POLL) GOP holds wide lead over Democrats on immigration

The following is from Rasmussen Reports.

According to the new Rasmussen Reports survey, 50% of likely US voters say they trust Republicans more to handle immigration issues. Thirty-nine percent (39%) say they trust Democrats more, while 11% say they are undecided.

When it comes to economic issues, 45% of voters say they trust Republicans more to manage the economy. Forty-three percent (43%) say they trust Democrats more on the economy, and 12% say they are unsure.

While voters are nearly evenly divided on economic matters, they say immigration remains a major advantage for the GOP. The findings show little change from polling results reported in April 2023.

Political divisions remain strong. Seventy-seven percent (77%) of Republican voters say they trust their party more to handle immigration. Sixty-nine percent (69%) of Democratic voters say they trust Democrats more. Among independents, 47% say they trust Republicans more on immigration, compared to 28% who say they trust Democrats.

  1. Well after what the democrats did with Biden and his open border policy who would you trust more? Guaranteed not a democratic. They’ve done so much damage to our country it’s disgusting. The thing is Biden didn’t do it for any humanitarian issue. He did it just because Trump was building a wall to stop the flood of illegals, simply out of spite, nothing more.
So now look at the damage a angry, spiteful president has done. Have a look at the people murdered by illegals, property stolen and or damaged. You wonder why democrats are not to be trusted-start with a senile Biden. A disaster of a president.
