Various prosecution systems in the USA comprise the criminal prosecution bulwark. The prosecutors who prosecute violent criminals have plenty of laws to use that are, many times, redundant. The USA has too many laws. We don’t need more laws. Stop creating superfluous laws. Use the laws that currently exist and it will be effective and efficient, and stop prosecuting people for things they may do. Prosecute criminals for bad behavior. Stop prosecuting metal. Prosecute criminals – not political enemies.

ROYAL KENNETH HAYES is dead, thankfully. He can no longer go on another binge killing spree or perform another contract hit, Thank God. Should I discuss his status as a TEAMSTER UNION killer. You see Mr. Hayes was a unique killer: He was a contract killer, but he also loved killing for the pleasure he found in it. Mr. Hayes carried Teamster Union credentials which, in his mind, justified the term he used to describe himself – “A man of respect.” I was present during the debriefing following Mr. Hayes’ acquittal in the Murder 1 case where Hayes murdered Mr. Collins in a Minneapolis bar. I listened as Hayes as his (Accessory) Criminal Defense Attorney jokingly discussed the next murder. Mr. Hayes and his lawyer (suborned perjury) are now both dead, and the world is a better place. When the fix is in – it matters not the evidence put forth. We play a blood game.
