A major investigation has found that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) repeatedly overlooked serious safety violations at Sun Pharma’s factory in Halol, India, one of the world’s largest suppliers of generic drugs to the US.
Inspectors first raised alarms in 2014 after finding contaminated equipment, unknown impurities, and falsified data. In 2015, the FDA formally declared Sun’s products “adulterated.” Over the next seven years, inspections kept uncovering the same problems, including dirty facilities and broken quality controls.
In 2022, the FDA finally banned imports from the Halol plant — but immediately exempted at least 14 drugs from the ban, including medications for epilepsy, HIV, and chemotherapy.
Internal FDA documents and inspection reports showed the agency was aware of persistent contamination, falsified lab data, and repeated violations stretching back years. Inspectors noted that Sun often promised reforms, but the same problems reappeared in later visits.
Yet instead of blocking all shipments, the agency allowed numerous exemptions so certain drugs could continue flowing into the US market, despite the known risks.
Dinesh Thakur, a drug-safety advocate, warned:
“Would you trust somebody who repeatedly lies to you? … You are basically putting people at risk.”
Whistleblowers and former FDA officials say the agency prioritized avoiding shortages over patient safety. Patrick Stone, a former FDA inspector, said:
“Your family members are taking these drugs, and are they safe? Well, maybe, well maybe not. The FDA turns a blind eye. If your market is big enough, then you get leeway.”
A senior FDA employee admitted:
“The people on the other end have faith that the products they are taking are safe and effective. … Consumers are basically taking these drugs on blind faith.”
Critics say the FDA’s approach leaves Americans vulnerable, while patients continue taking medications that may not meet safety standards.

For instance, according to the CDC vaccine schedule, a baby—starting with the Hepatitis B vaccine ON THE DAY OF BIRTH—would receive 20 to 24 vaccine shots by the age of 18 MONTHS.
That’s an example of a huge toxic load.
And I’m not even counting vaccines and drugs the baby’s mother may have taken during pregnancy—toxins she passed on to her unborn child.
So suppose a young baby begins making protective walls around this toxic load, and in the process experiences an unusual amount of fatigue, and other symptoms.
Visits to the doctor end up with screening and imaging, and the cancer specialist sees the tumors.
And diagnoses the baby with cancer.
The baby is now put into the system.
Which means some combination of radiation, chemo, and surgery—all assaults on the body.
I say THIS is often a picture of what doctors call “childhood cancers.”
