(POLL) Most say TV drug ads don’t influence them to try medicine

Nearly all respondents say television drug advertisements do not influence them to try new medicines.

That’s according to the latest unscientific poll at SharylAttkisson.com.

Ninety-four percent (94%) say TV drug ads do not influence them to try medication.

Only six percent (6%) say they are influenced by such ads.

These results suggest strong skepticism toward pharmaceutical advertising among respondents.

  1. As Edward Bernays was well aware: repetition does more than sell a bottle of aspirin. The ‘sales-metric’ is of lesser import than selling the population on the idea that pharmaceutical drugs are a ‘necessary’ component of comprehensive healthcare in 2025. We don’t see ads featuring organic farmers who don’t spray harmful chemicals on our foods. Nor do we hear dentists informing us that fluoride is a scam. In this regard-it matters not whether an ad is viewed on the TV, which then results as a Tylenol sale at the pharmacy. The real sale was made when a ‘thought-form’ was embedded in the subconscious: ‘We need the Pharmaceutical business to prosper and thrive.’ In the end: We are hooked on the authority of a medical establishment; the university indoctrination programs; and the idea that we must rely on chemical compounds in order to stay well. Holistic healthcare barely exists in the US of A.

  2. SH and PAULA,

    Re : Healthy Eating

It’s been a couple years since
    major news reported the FDA’s
    delay in MAKING food outlets
    stop using HYDROGENATED
    oils for cooking—which oils, as
    one nutrition-trained nurse
    lectured : “rips up arteries.”

    Great Britain has the highest
    heart-related deaths—because
    bars/pubs/restaurants use
    HYDROGENATED OILS for
food prep ( seed oils are hydro-
    genated to extend shelf-life ).

When will Mr. Trump & Team
    force compliance on that
( healthy foods ) issue in America ?

  3. I have not tried a new drug in decades.

I was unaware of the lack of testing for vaccines until COVID-gate but I did notice that regular prescription drugs were making it to the market and then quickly being pulled due to side effects.

I refuse to take ANY vaccines for anything ever! I take 2 prescription meds now, down from 4, and will be off 1 more shortly; losing weight, exercising, eating healthy.

Don’t trust BIG PHARMA Co trained Doctors at all. They are just drug company sales reps.
