I never thought to ask if you’re a person of color—if you consider
yourself to be one, as so many white men and white women today
seek the VICTIMIZATION advantage in American society, by claiming
MINORITY status; for example, last Sunday’s 60-Minutes-news show
covered an artist who appeared to be WHITE ( very light skin and
European morphology )), claiming to be “African,” and who struggled
with using brown paint in depicting black people on canvas, preferring
to use only gray paint !—an absurdity : mentally ill/conflicted about her
own racial identity (( why/how inter-racial breeding hatches mental
illness )). See the phenomenon in black communities : “Shadism,”
where “black” and black families—when lighter-skinned offspring
seem to enjoy favoritism over the darker-skinned children.
