Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) announced the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform will hold a hearing titled, “Oversight of Fraud and Misuse of Federal Funds in Minnesota: Part I,” with Minnesota state officials who have sounded the alarm on and investigated fraud in Minnesota’s social services programs on January 7, 2026. Additionally, Chairman Comer has invited Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison to testify before the Committee on February 10, 2026.
“Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison have either been asleep at the wheel or complicit in a massive fraud involving taxpayer dollars in Minnesota’s social services programs. American taxpayers demand and deserve accountability for the theft of their hard-earned money. The U.S. Department of Justice is actively investigating, prosecuting, and charging fraudsters who have stolen billions from taxpayers, and Congress has a duty to conduct rigorous oversight of this heist and enact stronger safeguards to prevent fraud in taxpayer-funded programs, as well as strong sanctions to hold offenders accountable,” said Chairman Comer.
“In addition to conducting transcribed interviews with Minnesota state officials, the House Oversight Committee will hold hearings on fraud in Minnesota’s social services programs to expose failures, identify solutions, and deliver accountability. Next week, we will hear from Minnesota state lawmakers who sounded the alarm on this fraud—and whose warnings were ignored by the Walz administration. This misconduct cannot be swept aside, and Congress will not stop until taxpayers get the answers and accountability they deserve,” continued Chairman Comer.

BACKGROUND:
The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform is investigating the extensive money laundering and fraud in Minnesota’s social services programs that has been uncovered by the U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota. Chairman Comer has called on Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison to provide documents, communications, and records about widespread fraud that occurred under their watch. Chairman Comer has also requested the U.S. Department of the Treasury provide all relevant Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to support the Committee’s investigation into fraud in Minnesota. Chairman Comer has also requested transcribed interviews with several Minnesota state officials.

Let’s just say there are two Lesbians who live outside Hennepin County who are politically astute $. A few years ago when a black male aka David Sanders was in charge of the Hennepin County Social Services Department, two very young children were placed in Foster Care. An insurance policy was purchased and shortly later the two Lesbos were observed leaving their home as they softly called out – Fire Fire Fire. The two Lesbos acting casually escaped the fire, but their two Foster Babies were locked inside the burning house and both died in the fire. The big fat insurance policy was paid to the Lesbos. $400,000.00 for two dead kids. They built a new house and resumed their practice. The police chief in the area was a former Minneapolis Detective, but the investigation ended quickly and Chief Sawyer suddenly left the Inver Grove Heights police department. When I visited the PD and asked about the dead children, I was avised that the chief and called off the investigation and retired rather suddenly. When I met with the former chief Sawyer he advised me that he had a new job selling alcohol at a VFW, but didn’t have any explanation as to why the Arson/Murder Case was thwarted. Anne and Mona contributed a lot of information about other dead babies in other parts of the USA where Mr. Sanders had worked. This case made me sick. $$$ Lots of Fraud.

The infamous Judge from Waseca Minnesota was recently (2025) arrested after driving her car into a snow bank. After drinking a lot of wine the FAKE judge claimed she drank one glass. She tested TWICE the LEGAL LIMIT. When questioned by the police the Judge claimed she had only a glass of wine and was capable of driving. The FRAUD began right there. The Judge was immediately placed under arrest for Drunk Driving. When Judge RENEE LEE WORKE claimed she was capable of driving because she had had only one (1) glass of wine she was committing a FRAUD. That’s right. FRAUD by a MINNESOTA JUDGE. JUDGE RENEE WORKE using her power, was too drunk to self examine. WORKE has an interesting history which includes her participation in a Conspiracy where multiple deaths and Perjury were left in the wake. WESLEY MCKEON FRANCIS GUBBIN was emboldened by MISS WORKE. Gubbin is a killer and apparently a friend to Miss Worke. RENEE LEE WORKE is a Judicial Fraud and she must step down NOW ! Go back to the Farm and milk some cows you CRIMINAL LIAR.
