IG says NY Medicaid Improperly Took $60.8 million Tax Dollars–“Pay it Back”

A new report from the HHS Inspector General faulted New York State’s Department of Health for improperly claiming $60.8 million in federal tax dollars for unallowed expenses.  The IG recommends the state pay federal taxpayers back. Will that happen?   Share
