The prosecutor who served as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania under President Trump says Attorney General William Barr prevented him from investigating alleged voter fraud and election irregularities.
Bill McSwain gave details in a letter addressed to President Trump, dated June 9.
According to McSwain, his office received “various allegations” and he says he wanted to investigate fully. However, he says, he was directed to turn over any serious allegations to an anti-Trump state Attorney General.
On Election Day and afterwards, our Office received various allegations of voter fraud and election irregularities. As part of my responsibilities as U.S. Attorney, I wanted to be transparent with the public and, of course, investigate fully any allegations. Attorney General Barr, however, instructed me not to make any public statements or put out any press releases regarding possible election irregularities. I was also given a directive to pass along serious allegations to the State Attorney General for investigation – the same State Attorney General who had already declared that you could not win.

and there it is, the “smoking gun” that proves conclusively Barr lacks integrity and his statements on the matter mean nothing.
Yes, when the fraud is eventually revealed to all Barr will have no place to hide. He did not even want to investigate. Sad position to take for an AG.
I always suspected that Barr was Deep State Swamp Creature. Barr, like Sessions and Roberts spend their lives building up impeccable Conservative credentials. and then wait until you are activated.
Roberts was activated so he could declare 0bamacare to be Constitutional because it was a tax. Needless to say that Roberts should have studied a bit more in his 8th grade US History class.
Sessions was there to prevent Trump from indicting any of the 0bama/Hillary crime families for their roles in the attempted coup and Barr finished off with the same job at the end of Trump’s term.

Since you are also a former military man I appreciate you saying you must follow the commander even if you do not agree with him.
However politics is a very different animal. It is at best filthy, deceitful and corrupt. Your duty is now to the people of the district you serve. Look into your consciousness of right and wrong, and make hard choices to protect the rights of the citizens of your state. Even when it does not follow what the corrupt politicians want you to do.
If this experience has not taught you that, I could not trust you to be my Governor
